Helix Terms of Service
18+ Requirement and Zero Tolerance Helix is available only to adults aged 18 and older. We enforce zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users, including pornographic content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, bullying, hateful or discriminatory abuse, objectification of real people, threats, scams, and other unlawful or severely harmful conduct.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Helix.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You may not use the service if your access has been suspended or terminated by Helix.

Service Description

Helix provides features that may include viewing and publishing short-form video posts, commenting, saving favorites, profile management, and in-app purchase options where offered.

User Content

  • You are responsible for the content you submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available through Helix.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights to your content and that your content does not violate law or these Terms.
  • You grant Helix the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate, and operate the service in connection with your content.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting illegal, infringing, fraudulent, pornographic, exploitative, sexually abusive, or non-consensual content.
  • Harassing, bullying, stalking, threatening, doxxing, impersonating, humiliating, or targeting others for abuse.
  • Publishing hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or objectifying content about real people or groups.
  • Attempting to bypass moderation, safety systems, access controls, or account restrictions.
  • Using the service to interfere with, damage, or disrupt Helix or other users.

Moderation and Enforcement

Helix may review content, investigate reports, remove material, block visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, limit features, or take other actions we consider appropriate to enforce these Terms and protect the community.

Purchases

Digital items, subscriptions, or other paid features offered within Helix are subject to the pricing, billing terms, and platform rules presented at the time of purchase. Purchases may be processed by third-party platform providers.

Disclaimers

Helix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helix and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Helix at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created safety risk, or exposed Helix or others to legal or operational harm.

Helix may update these Terms from time to time by revising the date above and posting the updated version.
